How do I pay my dues?

For convenience, the Association Management of Alaska offers a portal for Homeowners that allows for online payment. If paying with a credit or debit card, there is a processing fee from the credit card company. Paying online with an electronic check is free of charge. If you need assistance getting signed up with the online portal system, please contact us at support@am-alaska.com or via phone at (907) 531-5756.

For Homeowners wishing to drop off payment, Association Management of Alaska is located at 911 W 8th Ave Suite 306 in downtown Anchorage. To ensure that someone can meet with you in the office, we ask that you call to check availability.

Payments can also be mailed directly to the Bank at PO Box 95823 Las Vegas, NV 89193.

CHECKS FOR ASSOCIATION DUES SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO THE ASSOCIATION, NOT THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
